What a super Company to deal with!! The Customer Service is second-to-none, I had absolutely no idea what seal to order for our Italian glass shower screen, but within minutes of sending an email, I got a response with advice, and an offer to send some samples that may do the job. Having ordered the samples, they arrived within 2 days, and having placed the final order late on a Thursday afternoon, the replacement seal arrived the following day, and has done the job beautifully. Friendly, efficient advice, and ultra-fast follow up. I cannot fault them in any way.
