Fantastic service from James at Perry’s Blackburn. Took so much care sorting me out with my new car. Nothing was too much trouble. 10/10!!! Definitely recommend.

Great customer service from Akeem (sorry if I've got the name wrong). It was a straightforward process in regards to the checks and paperwork, payment was within a couple of minutes. However the reason I cannot give 5 stars is because I had a non- runner car which couldn't be towed within the carpark because of the height restrictions at the entrance (the breakdown truck was a little too tall), this caused an issue with nobody on site able to open this. So we had to resort in having to push the car all the way in! It wasn't ideal. This is probably an issue in a lot of carparks that webuyanycar operate in. It would have been great to have been made aware of this before making arrangements to tow the car. Please do bear this in mind if you're using a breakdown truck to tow your car to a webuyanycar stall within a carpark.

Extremely disappointed with the service from We Buy Any Car Worcester. My partner attempted to sell his car here and was quoted £1000 less than quoted online due to “scratches” on the paintwork which we are yet to see!!The man we spoke to was extremely rude and offered no explanation other than “there’s scratches” to account for the £1000 deduction.The quote was frankly insulting for the age and condition of the car even BEFORE the reduction.No effort was made by the man to help us / apologise for the fact he had no answers.In addition there’s is a £75 service charge on top!Disgraceful.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
